CALEDON, TORONTO – Badlands Brewing Co. announced in a pair of Instagram posts that they have two new beer releases. The first is Marma V.3, an IPA that comes in at 6.5% ABV and focuses on pulling out the orange character from the Cascade, Bravo, and El Dorado hops while also getting residual grapefruit and piney citrus notes. The second is Dora #5, the next IPA in their exploratory series. This edition uses a new strain of yeast that provides tropical fruit esters like pineapple, while generous amounts of Vic Secret and Mosaic hops give additional notes of citrus, tropical fruits, and gentle pine. The former is available at select bars in the Kitchener & Guelph regions, while the latter is on tap at WVRST and Birreria Volo.
