UNDER THE BRIDGE, TORONTO – Hamilton’s Collective Arts Brewing Co. announced their summer release lineup on Twitter today. Here are the brief notes on each, but expect more details to be posted as they’re released.
Thanks to their successful Liquid Art Festival, they have many new collaborations in the pipeline starting with Low Impact, a 4.5% abv. double dry-hopped pale ale with Moteuka hops that was brewed in collaboration with Spain’s Garage Beer Co. and will be released this Saturday, July 7th. Also to be released in July are the following: Pina Colada Sour, a 5.6% abv. sour ale with toasted coconut, pineapple, and lactose that was brewed in collaboration with Indiana’s 18th Street Brewery. Hot Pink, a 7.3% abv. Brut IPA that was brewed in collaboration with Virginia’s Aslin Beer Co. Dry-Hopped Berliner Weisse with Orange Zest, a 4.7% abv. sour that was brewed with UK’s Magic Rock Brewing. And lastly, Way Before Hashtags, a 7.1% west coast IPA with spruce tips, brewed in collaboration with UK’s Wild Beer Co.
At the end of July they’ll release the next in their IPA series, IPA No. 6, which will feature peaches, melon, and lemon flavours at 6.2% abv. Then Guava Gose which they used the freshest guava puree they could find and pink Himalayan salt for that extra touch.
