UP ON THE WINDY HILL, TORONTO – Markham’s Rouge River Brewing Co. announced on Instagram that the 2018 edition of their spring seasonal is now ready. This year’s Spring Pale Ale comes in at 5.2% abv. and was brewed with flaked oats for a fuller mouthfeel and solid haziness. Both Loral and Hallertau Blanc hops were used to create a floral and grassy character with fruity white grape notes. In addition to dialing back the bitterness, a Vermont style yeast was used to add extra fruit character. Available now in their bottle shop, online store, and in bars soon.
