OLD TORONTO (WEST), TORONTO – The upcoming inaugural Wild Things Festival revealed on Instagram one of the brews that will be offered at the festival in June. The yet unnamed beer was brewed in collaboration with Niagara-on-the-Lake’s The Exchange Brewery and is an elderflower saison made with wild honey, their house brett yeast strain, and aged in craft cider barrels from West Avenue Cider on cider lees. Tickets are on sale now.
