OLD TORONTO (WEST), TORONTO – Burdock Brewery announced on Instagram that at 2 pm on Saturday, March 10th, they will release Brett Apricot – a mixed-fermentation saison coming in at 7.5% abv. After aging on Ontario grown apricots for over a month, they added a bit too much apricot puree and so decided to barrel age it for a year in neutral oak and then bottle condition a further four months. It now has notes of stone fruit, vinous textures, and acidity. Available for $9 per 375 mL with no limit.
