OLD TORONTO (EAST), TORONTO – Rorschach Brewing Co. announced on Instagram that they have a new version of their dessert lager now available. Systematic Desensitization (Blueberry) comes in at 4.5% ABV and was brewed with wheat, rice, and lactose sugar while being fermented with their house lager yeast. Hundreds of pounds of blueberry puree and a splash of vanilla beans round out the ingredients which come together for notes of dark fruit, blueberry, and berry pie with a medium body and crisp finish. Available now in 500 mL bottles at their brewery.
