Beers Announced for Folly’s Summer Kick-off Party

OLD TORONTO (WEST), TORONTO – Folly Brewing’s brewer announced on Instagram the three unique brews that they’ve prepared for today’s summer kick-off party.

The first beer is a light saison fermented with Dupont and Brett Q yeast, then dosed with guava purée and dry hopped with Citra hops. Expect a funky beer balanced by guava, mango, cantaloupe, and strawberry notes.

The second beer is a variant of their Kveik NEPA Mixing Metaphors. Extra peach purée and Brett was added then dry hopped with Simcoe and Azacca hops to create a peachy ale with notes of tangerine, honeydew melon, and some pine.

Lastly, the third beer is a cognac barrel fermented golden sour with key lime juice and ginger. Loads of lime on the front with a lingering heat from the ginger that compliments the bright lactic acidity.

Get them today at their party, which starts at 6 pm.
