OLD TORONTO (WEST), TORONTO – Bandit Brewery announced a special new release on Instagram today. Le DUC is a Flanders Red ale that comes in at 7.2% and was barrel aged in oak Cabernet barrels for between 6 to 12 months. Using Saccharomyces as well as other wild yeasts including Brettanomyces, Pediococcus, and Lactobacillus, the blend is from three barrels that smooth out into a deep dark amber sour with strong notes of oak, ripe red fruit, and slight wine flavours. Available now on tap and in bottles at their brewery.
