OLD TORONTO (EAST), TORONTO – Rorschach Brewing Co. released on Instagram a new guava dessert lager: Systematic Desensitization Guava. Made with wheat, rice, and lactose sugar, this brew was fermented with their house lager yeast and conditioned on hundreds of pounds of fresh guava purée and some vanilla beans. It has a fully body with a hint of sweetness with notes of guava, tropical fruit, and a bit of grainy malt, ending with a crisp finish. Available on tap and in bottles at the brewery now.
