OLD TORONTO (WEST), TORONTO – Folly Brewpub announced on Instagram that two new brews are available in bottles at their shop today. Life in Violet was first available at their Great Barasway Day event. It is a 6.9% abv. stout fermented in cognac barrels with boysenberry puree, creating a rich and roasty profile with notes of coffee, and slight grape-berry flavour.
Meanwhile, a new version of Managing Expectations is available, this one uses papaya and Ekuanot. At 4.7% abv. this light and lemony sour was dry hopped to balance the tart tangerine, mango, and papaya notes with light bready malt character.
Their full lineup for the weekend is pictured.
