BETWEEN THE HAY BALES, TORONTO – Caledon’s Badlands Brewing Co. announced on Instagram the release of a special farmhouse ale to celebrate their family farming in the area for over 150 years (!!!). Coming in at 7.1% abv., this Belgian style farmhouse ale uses second cut hay grown right on the farm. Aromas of gentle citric fruit, spice, and hay precede notes of clove, banana, dried fruit, and earthy, herbal character. Great now and for aging. Available at Bistro Riviere in Erin, Ontario.
