Cameron’s Releases Oak-aged Wild Ale

THAT POCKET BETWEEN THE HAM HAM AND US, TORONTO – Oakville’s Cameron’s Brewing announced that their latest new beer, Forager Wild Ale, will be first pouring at The Rhino on Queen St.  Part of their Oak-aged series, Forager has been aged for 10 months in a 3,000 L oak foeder and has a light body of wheat and Canadian malt, allowing the lactobacillus and brettanomyces to shine. Rare Barbe Rouge hops build on the rosehips, bee pollen, and dandelion creating a light and refreshing sour with subtle notes of lemon and red berry. Bottles and growlers are available at the brewery as well.
