NORTH YORK, TORONTO – Bellwoods Brewery‘s latest newsletter also announced the release date for the next Barn Owl blend. Barn Owl #11 was aged in oak barrels for over a year and refermented with raw Rosewood honey and fresh lavender from Rosewood Estates Winery & Meadery. This version of Barn Owl is not a sour, but rather a farmhouse blend that showcases soft saison notes with floral lavender aromatics and a subtle spicy finish. Available at both brewery locations starting Saturday, January 20th.
