OLD TORONTO (EAST), TORONTO – Rorschach Brewing announced on Instagram the release of their first sour saison fermented with the house culture of wild yeast and bacteria, Collective Unconscious. This beer was conditioned for 8 months and was originally brewed before they opened their doors to the public, being the third beer ever brewed at their brewhouse. To celebrate, they’re also serving a cask version aged on currants starting at 7 pm today.
